Help w/ Interstitial 180

HOUSE DETECTIVE

Somehow I've downloaded a horrible little piece of shit called intersitial
180 ad software. When I go to uninstall it from my program file it won't
let...it directs me to their web page. The web page directs me to click on
their page to install uninstall software. When you click on the page nothing
happens....I suspect it is reloading in my computer. Any help on how to
uninstall this little shit....it has totally slowed down my computer and I'm
being bombarded with spam.

Manual removal looks to be a bit complex:

Are you sure AdAware, Spybot, and the likes can't remove it?
