HELP! "Virus Alert!" in taskbar

there is a green handicapped sign on the right hand side of my task bar. it goes from a green handicapped sign to a red circle with a line through it
also there is a yellow triangle with a ! in the middle saying something about a worm_attck_v122.02a which I think it's running from system32 folder as atmclk.exe
I ran Hijack This after reboot. here is the log if someone can help me, please

Make sure you do this in Safe Mode, Reboot - then run the removal tool, and then the other programs, firstly Ewido, in safe mode also.
