Hi,
We were having OS problems with one of our servers so we switched a maxtor
USB 2.0 drive to another identical server running WIN2000AS.
I added the user groups and premissions just as they were when the share was
set on the original server. I am now able to see the folders and so are
network users... but now though network users can see the directories they
can no longer write to the drive even though their user group has been given
all rights at the share and security levels.
What might cause this?
The Drive is NTFS
The natives are getting restless!
