HELP! USER ACCOUNTS!

ok!
this is the problem!
i went into control panel then to user accounts, and then added new account and made it "adminator user".. then i made the one i was on "limited"..which was a stupid thing to do cause i can't get into the other user account!
i loged in and out and nothing happened just a prompt to enter my password..

i need help!
someone out there please reply!
