I have Outlook 2002 sp-2 and am on a microsoft exchange
server email. I just sent an email within the server that
I need to retract immediately. Is there a way?

If it's within the same Exchange organisation you can open the message from
your Sent Items folder and choose Actions to retract the message. This would
still require user interaction on the receiving end though as he/she needs
must allow you to retract it.

You're better of sending a note to ignore the message.
