help urgent XP home

i brought a compaq presario around 4 months ago and i got XP Home and now its gone a wall on me and i cant use the recovery or anything but i.e. I never got a XP cd with it or even a recovery disk! please help me cause i am in dire straights without it. And Also it wont let me into the owner and admin folders is this normal

please help me as im real desperat
