My OS is Windows XP Pro SP2
I know that this question has been asked umteen times, but I have yet
to find an answer that solves this problem. So I only employ your
expertise after searching the web for an answer.
After installing the .NET Framwork and the SDK from Microsoft.com, I
get the following message when typing for example "csc hello.cs":
"Unable to find messages file 'cscompui.dll'"
I found that file in the following path:
C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\1033
So I copied the DLL to the System32 directory (just to see if that was
the issue), but still get this error. What am I doing wrong? B.T.W, I
was logged in as Administrator while doing this.
