I need help!

I am unable to start WIN XP, everytime the system boot to the splash screen,
it will restarts by itself. Although a
blue screen appears with some wordings before the restart, I could not see
or read anything on it as it's too fast
for my eyes.

None of the startup options works upon pressing F8, even safe mode is
unsuccesful.

Any help is greatly appreciate.

My guess is your RAM is bad or system file got corrupted on hard drive. Try
removing RAM module and installing in new slot. Run memtest86 to check RAM.
Experiment with BIOS setup options. Be sure all cables are securely plugged
in. Boot WinXP CD and try second R repair option.

I will try to check on the RAM, is memtest86 a third party program or
comes
Go to http://memtest86.com and get version 3.0. Have a blank floppy disk in
A: drive and run program install.bat, type A and enter. Now re-boot computer
and set BIOS options to boot A: first then C:.
