I am creating a website. I have used three autoshapes (2 clouds and 1 arrow)
plus 3 pictures to create a "new picture". Major problem - 2 of the 3
pictures are not grouping with the other elements of the "new picture". 1 of
the 2 is animated and the other is not. Help!

I have been trying for quite a number of hours - does anyone has an idea as
to what could be the cause of this problem? How do I fix it?

Thank you for your assistance!

I would have to see the page.

The grouping function will only work on images/objects created with
the drawing toolbar. It will not work with .gif or .jpg images.

Objects and images created with the drawing toolbar use VML graphics,
which are only visible in Internet Explorer 5.5 and later running on
Windows PCs. Other browsers will see either a down-level, low
quality, .gif copy of the graphic or nothing at all.
Further, VML graphics are placed on the page using CSS absolute
positioning. Unless you have positioned the graphics correctly, you
may have layout problems in different sized browser viewports.

Thanks! Your response is greatly appreciated. Is there any way that I can
incorporate both types of pictures/images/objects into "one picture"?

Thanks again!

Thank you for responding to my inquiry, Steve! Apparently, jpegs and gifs
cannot be grouped in Frontpage 2002. I have done it in Publisher 2002. What a
bummer!

FP & Pub are too different animals.

Have you considered making a montage of all your 'grouped' images in to one image using your favorite image editor?

Try an external image editing program.
The free IrfanView can be used to "combine" images.
