Two files were found on my computer. They are
C:\WINNT\system32\wfskdvg.dll and C:\WINNT\system32
\wfskdvg.exe. Norton's antivirus cannot access them to
fix them. How do I get them fixed. They are Microsoft
Windows files. HELP!!!

If you have full control with administrative rights, boot into Safe Mode and nuke
them, if you know it's safe. If you dont really know, change the file extension by
adding .old (see the dot) to the end, adn leave them there for right now. Boot and
make sure it doesn't screw something up. If it doesn't, you can boot again into
Safe Mode with a Command Prompt and nuke them from there
If they are in say C:\winnt\system32\wfskdvg.dll
At the %Root Directory% command
cd winnt\system32 (enter) ; ren wfskdvg.dll wfsdvgdll.old
and the same for the second file

But I really suggest that you do an online from Norton
http://security.symantec.com/sscv6/default.asp?langid=ie&venid=sym

If that doesn't do it, right click on each file click properties, uncheck read
only, and then change the extension.

and maybe it can clean them or quarintine them. And those library files can be
replaced.
