HELP!! Trying to RDC Via Modem

Hi gang,

I have a Broadband connection and the computer I'm trying to connect to has only a Modem. Is it possible to connect remotely to control the modem connection via my Broadband connection?? If so how? If not do I need to get a modem to connect to the remote computer also, Modem to Modem?? If so how would I establish that connection??
