Help Topic error

I've suddenly started getting a "This Operation Can Only
Function Within HTML Help" error when clicking on
the "Related Topic" area in any Windows program's Help
dialogue.

What happened? Anyone have any ideas?

I've suddenly started getting a "This Operation Can Only
Function Within HTML Help" error when clicking on
the "Related Topic" area in any Windows program's Help
dialogue.

Perhaps upgrading the HTML Help viewer components on your machine will
help. You can do this by installing Critical Update 811630, which is
available from:

http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=811630

You may also want to run MJ's Help Diagnostics, available from:

http://helpware.net/downloads/index.htm#MJs

The only section of the MJ's Help Report that is relevant to your
problem is the one headed "HTML Help Run-time Components".
