[help] too many processes shown in Windows Task Manager when startup.

Hi,

I found 45 processes in running immediately after I start my laptop.
Those processes eats up 349 M of memory. I have already use "msconfig"
to close unnecessary processes startup with the computer. Could you
give me some suggestions to solve the problem?

What problem?
My systems have around 60.
