help to install a "Hungarian" keyboard

Greetings,

I'd like to have US English my default keyboard
and Hungarian 101 key keyboard as selectable.

Problems:
Windows XP Professional has no accurate description. Some
articles in Help are written fpr W. 95 and 98(?)
Others do not match with my screens.
I succeeded once and made my Excel unusable. Had to
delete all.

See Control Panel ==> Regional and Langauge Options ==> Tab: Languages,
Button: Details, Button: Add (from there should be clear).
