Help to import email addresses to Windows Mail from Microsoft Office Outlook 2003

Hi,
I am now using Windows Vista Premium and for email...Windows Mail on a new
computer.
My other computer uses Windows XP and for email... Microsoft Office Outlook
2003.

I was able to have my emails imported to my new computer using Windows Vista
Premium but have so far been unable to import my email addresses. How do I
do this please?

In OE open your Address Book.
In the Address Book click Help | About and it will tell you the name and
location of the Address Book. Copy that WAB file to your Documents and
Windows Contacts can import from it.
