I spend 5 hours yesterday putting together a movie and now it will not play.
At one point during putting the movie together, there was an "issue" where I
could not control the timeline cursor. It was going back to the beginning by
itself and I could not stop it.

I have about 14 minutes of content and there are no red X's showing so I
believe I have all the links correct. When I try to publish the movie to the
desktop I get a message that either there are missing links, the destination
is not available of there is not enough file space. None of these seem to be
right. Plus the fact that if I hit the play timeline buttom absolutely
nothing happens.

HELP!

More than likely you have an issue with one or more
source files that are not fully compatible with Movie Maker.

Aside from the fact that many file types are listed as
compatible...the following are the most reliable.

Photos - bmp
Video - wmv or dv-avi
Music - wmv, wma, wav
