While logged in as myself in Win XP, I can no longer access any websites
after my wife logs off from her user profile. The only way to get
connectivity back is for me to log off and log on again. What is strange is
that it only affect IE. I can use the internet for e-mail, chat, etc, but no
browser access, regardless of the web site. I can see the IP address search
in the status bar, but that's all.

How could logging off user profiles cause IE to not work for other users?
Doesn't seem possible.
