Help...the worm got my pc

I am at someone else's pc, trying to figure out how to
fix mine. I have XP home on my pc and need you to help
me find a way to get my pc back online so I can go home
and fix it! I hope you can help me. I can access my
email from any pc. So, please let me know. It is
currently 11am on Tuesday. Thanks for your help.

**** You need to make sure you have a FIREWALL enabled ****

Open XP's "Help and Support" and type: FIREWALL , and hit enter.
Click on the topic titled "Enable or Disable Internet Connection Firewall".
