We had looked into BCM 2003 and were not very pleased, so we dropped it. It
looks like BCM 2007 might have the functionality that we are looking for, but
we are unsure how to go about testing it. If I download a trial of Office
2007 Professional from MS, it will upgrade everything, and then if we don't
like it, how do I go backwards? is it possible to test BCM 2007 while still
running Office 2003 on my system? I've been told that we can only have one
version of Outlook running on a PC, so I am confused? I don't want to screw
up my system or anyone elses during the testing? Any help would be greatly
appreciated.

I believe there is an online demo of Outlook 2007 with BCM that you can use
with your browser to check out the newer features. Go to the microsoft
website and search accordingly.

Thanks for the reply. We have taken the test tour, and that's why we think
it might be a potential solution for us. The next step is to do an actual
trial with our server and a handful of remote users to get a handle on if
this will actually be a workable solution or not. However, we are having
difficulty understanding how to roll back from BCM 2007 back to Outlook 2003
if we decide that BCM 2007 isn' the answer.

An additional planning note for you: BCM 2007 is only compatible with
Outlook 2007. It will not work with Outlook 2003.
