Help-Task Bar

On the taskbar properties, when I go to Customize-I can not change or select
anything except "Hide when inactive".

Any Ideas?

Hi,

Which icon you are trying to customize? Click on the icon and you will find
a drop down combo box. You can change it from there. If you are not getting
this option do you get any other option?

Do you get any error messages? Also check if you don't have limited account
privilege, log on as administrator just in case and check it!!!

Try clearing all the items in the 'Customize Notifications' and see if it solves the problem:
