If the above repair does not work:
Go to Start > Run and type in: helpctr -regserver
To reinstall Help and Support:
Go to C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf.
Right-click and choose install. Have your XP CD available.
Note: The folder is hidden by default. Go to Start > Run and type in:
control folders. View: Show hidden files and folders and uncheck
"Hide extensions for known file types".

| I have the problem where when I open the Help & Support menu from the Start button, there are no listings
next to the "green" arrows. I am running Win XP Home SP1. I had heard there was a dll file that must be
unregistered and reregistered, is this true? I f, what is it and how? If not is there anything I can do?
