R roger Mar 2, 2004 #4 Hi, To reinstall help and support Copy and paste the following lines in a Start > Run prompt: rundll32.exe advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %systemroot%\inf\pchealth.inf The routine will ask for the Windows XP CD, alternatively, try to point it to the System32\dllcache folder and the ServicePackFiles\i386 folder. Or To reinstall Help and Support: http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/top10faqs.htm Hope this helps.
