Help! Strange Characters Showing up on Web Pages

I have been getting strange characters showing up on some websites. I am
using IE 6. For example, in a news release on MSN, all of the apostrophes
have been changed to question marks. And then sometimes I notice other
strange marks or characters in the text on the website. Any idea as to what
may be causing this or what settings I can check to fix this?? Thanks so
much!

This problem happens due to the corrupted HELVETICA font in our Font Folder, Replace the Font problem will fixed.
