help ! startup dialog box messup

I use access 2000 on windows XP.

I used the startup dialog box to attach the startup form
and diabled all the menu/tool bars and options that it had
in that box. Now I cannot get into the design view of the
form or my reports. I do not have a copy of this database.
I REALLY would appreciate some help .

Press and hold the Shift button when you are opening the database.....see if
that helps.
