HELP Spysubtract messed me up

Hello everyone, i made trhe mistyake of downloading A
spyware, adware remover that in turn, messed up my
internet. I tried to use thier software to fix it, no
luvk, I tried windows troubleshooting, no luck, so in
turn, i deleted my connection and tried tomake another and
im still at phase one. I believe they wanted mew to
renumber something that has to do with the internet.i have
been all ove the computer and after i read the terms of
agreement of the Spyware provider is says they are not
responsible and i may have tro reload some files on
windows. Please Help Me

just what was the name of that software...you must learn to give pertinent
information....whether here or out in the real world..

I don't suppose (by any chance) that the program in question might be called
'Spysubtract'
