Help SP2 unable to uninstall

I need help
My system will not run any programs since installation of
SP2. Word, Palm, Adobe, InterExp. It is frozen.

I went to run, opened the Contorl panel & tied Add/remove
access was denied
I tried to restore to a time before installation,
Restoration was incomplete. Tried this 4 times no luck
Tried Run & the C:windows\$NtServicepackUninstall$\ (long
string) process starts & I am told 'this is a location
which is unavailable.

I have an incidence # with Microsoft and am waiting

Does anyone have a suggestion????
