My company just converted to Outlook. Some emails are indented a lot when we
receive them, wasting horizontal space. I can't find what format this is. The
help I found for changing the format of a message one has received doesn't
work. It says to use Edit>Edit message for the open message. I don't see that
menu option. It mentions choosing between HTML, RTF and plain text. I can't
find what the difference is between them. There is a help topic that
"describes" these formats, but it doesn't say what they look like.

Suggestions?
Thanks.

I would suggest you post to the appropriate Outlook newsgroup for your
