help settlers IV wont run it says fatal error, more info in post

hey i just got a brand new computer with good graphics and memory and i installed settlers IV and this error notice came up:

S4_main.exe - Fatal error
Fatal error: Exception 0xc0000094 at 0x004e19a6!
