HELP! SENDING FAX LOCKS COMPUTER

Hello,

New computer, every time I try to send a fax computer locks up when fax
connects. mouse freezes, have to shut down manually.

I also get a message from Norton IS that it has blocked a threat.

Tried sending AFTER disabaling Norton IS with no success.

Added my computer to allow list in Nortin IS, no luck.

Any ideas?
