I use outlook 2003 with Word 2003 as my email editor.
I want to prepare emails in advance and have them sent automatically on a
given day at a given time, I know my PC has to be on when the message is
eventually sent

Any help you camn give me would be greatly appreciated,
Thanks Joco.

While composing the message press the Options... button. Here you can set a
"Do not deliver before" time and date.

Hi, thanks for your answer, so simple when you know how, the problem has
driven me mad searching for the answer
Thanks again

The same functionality (but improved) - possible to personilize emails,
document tracking....

Now that I have selected the time and date that I want to send the emails. Do
I just hit the "SEND" button and that is it? Outlooks holds the emails till
its time to send?

Thanks

Correct. Outlook must remain running if your account is not an Exchange
account.
