help reply for bee

Hi Bee .....
I cannot open internet explorer , my computer and my documents ,,,,,, i get
the messages ,, explorer caused an invalid page fault in ,module
kernel32.dll at 017f:bff9db61
Also the message explorer caused an invalid page fault in module vx2.dll at
017f:100103d0 .

I have ran system and virus checks but did not come up with anything .....
I would be grateful for any help or advice ......Liz

Elizabeth, I searched the net and I found this. The "invalid page fault in
module kernal32.dll" is one symptom in W32/KRIZ virus infection, and vx2.dll
relates to a spyware. Removal instructions are included.
