Help Removing Blank Entry

R

Richard

When I put a DVD in my computer running XP Pro SP2
a screen comes up with selections of what programs
I can run. One of these selections is blank. While it doesn't cause
a big problem I would like to get rid of the blank entry if
I can.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

You can manage Autoplay handlers from tweakui :
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

Or if you want to do it manually, then edit the handlers in this:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoplayHandlers\Handlers
and this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\AutoplayHandlers\Handlers

Good Luck, Ayush.

Thanks for your quick reply. The blank entry does not appear
in the Tweakui Autoplay handlers and I am not sure what to remove
in the direct registery entries. Do you have any other suggestions?
Thanks
Richard
