HELP: Recurring Spyware Alert

Help, I receive the following alert almost daily when I run a scan. I
'remove' but I continue to receive alerts similar to the one listed below.

Is this a bug, or a 'real' spyware alert?
Additionally, I have recently been receiving the 'blue screen of death' for
unknown reasons. When I upload to MSFT it says that its a possible driver
corruption issue. Related?

I am running XP on a dual proc PIII 600 w/ 1/2G RAM.

Restart your computer in safe, tap F8 at start up until the Prompt appears,
use the up or down arrow keys to select safe mode and press enter. Open
AntiSpyware, on the Scan Page, choose Scan Options > Full System Scan. Do
this at least two times.
