Help/Recommendations needed for my pc

Hi,

I have an issue with my PC.

About 3-4 yrs old, custom built, P4 & ECS mobo - PC3200 memory.

Worked fine for about 3 yrs then the ATI AIW 9000pro died - I put a
new Video card and it was back to normal. Then the Network card that
was built-in on the mobo failed but otherwise worked. Then failed
with no BIOS.

Replaced mobo and tried with a new Video card - doesn't boot - no BIOS
appears on teh screen either - there is power in the pc - now the 2
optical drives, DVD & CD are dead! I am puzzled.

Appreciate any recommendations.

Please give full spec!! What was old motherboard, what is new? Try
disconnecting everything except video card, 1 memory module and CPU. Does
new mobo have onboard graphics?. Try with video card unplugged and no
memory, should give memory error beep code, usually, cont series of beeps.
If not, is motherboard or CPU!
