I'm working in Adobe Premier 6.5 and cannot export an
edited video because FAT32 won't allow a file larger than
3.99G - Adobe told me that I need to change to NTFS to be
able to work with large files.

This means nothing to me. Is this something I can do by
clicking on something or is this going to be a nightmare?

HELP!!!

FAT32 has to do with how info is stored on your hard
drive,Windows used to mbe FAT16 but went to FAT32 because
it is much more efficient. **this is an area you dont
want to go to, besides I dont believe XP will let you, Be
carefull** You can switch from FAT 16> Fat 32 in older
windows but not FAT32> FAT16. again*BE CAREFULL *

The question is how to convert from FAT32 to NTFS..

Mark

Win XPPro can do this.. find Disk Management in Admin Tools.. or get a copy
of Partition Magic 8..

Go to "Help & Support" and type in Convert. This will tell you how to
use the Convert command to change from Fat32 to NTFS. This process is
safe. But, Like always, it's good idea to have backups in case something
goes wrong.

The commad is convert drive_letter: /fs:ntfs from the commad window (
Start>Run...type cmd <enter> )

Programmers write "Help Files" for a reason. use them.
