I have my form looking great in access. For the first 4 records it looks
exactly how it should. Then all off a sudden it starts moving down the page
until all the rest of the records all off. Having a bit of the bottom on the
top of another record and so on.

Hi Paula,
Try this:
In form design view, set form property "Default View"
to "Single Form". It may be set now to "Continuous
Forms", which explains the creep effect if the form size
is not EXACTLY the screen size, down to the pixel. Sounds
like yours may be a few pixels off perfection.

Hope this helps

Hi,
Thanks for the quick reply. I am new to discussion groups so hope this is
right.

I did do that and it is set as Single Form - any other ideas

Hi back,
My mistake - my suggestion works for form view on
screen, but not for print or preview. Try this instead:
In design view, add a page break at the bottom of the
form. The Toolbox toolbar icon looks like a page with a
break in it. On the form, in design view, this object
will look like a short dashed line, but it's invisible on
screen and in print. I think you'll find that it will
force itself to the left edge of the page, but you can
adjust its vertical position. Hopefully, you'll have a
bit of free space below the form content so you can put
the break in after that. If you HAVE to put it at the
very bottom edge because of content crowding and you don't
want to lengthen the form slightly, you might want to make
a mental note that it's there, because it's hard to see
when it sits on a line, and it might be overlooked later
on if you have to fuss with the form again.

Hope THIS helps! Let me know.
