Norton AntiVirus removed the attachment: document.zip.
The attachment was infected with the W32.Novarg.A@mm virus. my email addy
is (e-mail address removed) right but i keep gettin email with that above
and messages sent to me lookin like this (e-mail address removed) ,
(e-mail address removed) to name but a few any ideas.Its obvouis its some
virus thing is how do i stop it.As u can see me virus software upto date but
i still gettin this S**t.I once was banned by freeserve for this kinda
rubish thats why i askin for help.As someone somewhere sendin stuff usin my
email.Well looks like it .... Regards

you cannot stop email from being sent to you and you cannot stop people
or software from forging your email address on the emails they send to
other people...

your only real options are: filter what's coming in and/or change your
email address...

Well.....if that is your real address, you will get lots more of this.

Secondly......Freeserve is having mega problems according to the owner
of my English genealogy List.

Quote......"Freeserve are now bouncing mail because their mail queue
cannot keep up (presumably with the spam). "site destination queue
overflow".......unquote.

Thirdly.....You are getting blind copies (as we all do) I should
imagine.

Someone you know has a virus or some SPAMmer who has your address has a
virus.
Very hard to track down this one. I gave up after about 20mins of
searching. Bummer :(
Just ignore it I suppose?
