help pls

iv recently turnt on computer and im recieving a black with comments about
work in safe mode,work in safe mode with networking,last know configuration
that worked,start windows normal? iv tried all but the only 1 that works is
work in safe mode with networking does anyone know i solve this problem as i
cant get my computer to work fully???????? when i brought my computer it was
already loaded with windowns home but its bin upgraded so iv bin told to
windows xp i really dont understand these things iv never had a cd of any
kind to load on here?

I'm sorry, it's really not possible to fix this kind of problem for free
over the Internet like this. [We would need to know what if anything
changed recently on the computer, for example.]

Either you need to re-install Windows from a CD [and risk losing your
personal data files if done incorrectly], or someone knowledgeable needs to
help you in person. This could be a friend, or you might need to take it to
a computer repair shop.
