I can not start my outlook email i dont know the service provider is i

If you do not know who the service provider is, then ask somebody who does..
you will need information supplied by the service provider to get Outlook
working,, they will also tell you how to set Outlook up..

How can you not know who your service provider is?
What is your email address? The "service provider" is normally associated
with the latter half.
Your email address seems to contain (unfortunately) aol.com.
Is that who you connect to when you connect to the Internet?
How do you connect to the Internet?
How did you get here?
