"a runtime error has occurred do you wish to debug line 58 error object
expected"

Does someone know why this error in IE6 happens. I did a google search
and came up with the suggestion to uninstall MS Office. I have Word and
Works installed on Microsoft Windows XP [Version 5.1.2600]

What is the reason for this message. Is it a Microsoft problem or is it
that web pages are not written correctly.

I also found a similar error reported on:

Thanks for any help

From Tom Porterfield:

That is a javascript error that would be generated by a poorly written
web page. Unfortunately poorly written web pages are not that uncommon.
I would turn of java script debugging and error notification. In IE
select Tools, Internet Options and go to the Advanced tab. Under
Browsing check "Disable script debugging" and remove the check from
"Display a notification about every script error."
