help, please

when i attempt to send an attachment {which i written in
microsoft word] to an e-mail the person on the other end
gets the following:

oe removed access to the following unsafe attachment in
your mail [then list the file]

i know this is a good file, whats up with this

Hi Gary,

Let the person that is receiving know the following information:

In Outlook Express go to Tools, Options, Security, and uncheck "Do not allow
attachments to be saved or opened that could potentially be a virus". You
will be able do open viruses and Trojans to your computer then by clicking
on attachments unless you have a good anti-virus software.

*Scan them before you open them*
