Hello, I have a serious problem - on internet explorer it will not let me
right click to view the options such as: Copy/Paste/Cut/Properties/View
Source - And also when pasting text into a box, I cannot do this either. I
have tried CTRL+V and used a macro to try and do it, but still no sucess - I
have tried System Restore but it will not work due to a file missing:
shdoclc.dll - something similar to that. I know I have been brief but it's
all I know - I need this to work so much otherwise I will have no choice to
reformat and loose everything.

The SHODCLC.dll is used by Windows applications to add web, file, network
and document browsing capabilities. As such, it is an integral part of
windows. It should be in use when windows is running. As you say you have
tried a restore which did not work, I am assuming that you have either
Windows ME or XP.

I suggest that you first try a repair of your OS, which will replace the
missing file:

Explorer 6 works on earlier versions of Windows.

Be sure to visit Windows Update site and let it scan for all needed updates
and service packs afterward.

If that does not resolve the problem, then it could be that spyware, malware
and other types of scumware are causing this problem. You need to scan your
