HELP PLEASE

I AM HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE WINDOWS BEING SO BIG, HOW
DO I MAKE THEM SMALLER? I DONT HAVE TO MAX THEM THEY ARE
ALREADY BIG. ALSO FOR SOME REASOM WE CAN NO LONGER SEE
ALL OF OUR PROGRAMS UNDER START. HAVE I DONE SOMETHING
WRONG? IF ANYONE HAS ANY INFO THAT WOULD HELP PLEASE
HELP.

Instead of trying to play self-appointed moderator (and no
one asked you to do the job and no one gave you the authority)
you could have helped JOY out.

You COULD have just told JOY to right click on the desktop
and go to PROPERTIES and then SETTINGS and then adjusted the
SCREEN RESOLUTION SLIDER over to the right ( I would go over
just once, try it, and then more if you need) and see if that
fixed the problem.

INSTEAD OF wasting a post telling him how you would like
JOY to post.

Perhaps you pressed the F11 key to maximize the screen size. Press it
again to see if this helps the situation.

PS: If you post using all caps, it's considered the same as shouting.
