ON my Picture folder the icon-copy all items to cd-has disappeared- how do I
retrieve it? my computer is a windows xp with 2 sides-it is still on the
other side ok.

You lost me on that one "windows xp with 2 sides-it is
still on the other side ok"???
Click on "My Pictures" and under Picture Tasks
click "Copy all Items to CD". If this is missing, than
you have a problem and need a repair install:
Start/Run/type SFC /SCANNOW
Insert your XP reinstallation disk to replace any missing
or corrupt files.

I have the IMAPI service disabled on my system because I use Roxio 6
instead of XP's CD burning. I don't have "Copy all items to CD" either. On
my other system, that only uses XP's CD burning and it does have IMAPI
enabled, the menu option appears.
