Generally, "db" means database. You could have some program
set to start when you boot and a file (the database) has
been deleted or moved.
You'll have to give more information before you can get a
better answer. Questions that will help...
1 Have you deleted any files or programs about the time the
problem began?
2. Have you had a virus and removed it with a virus scanner?
3. Ditto for spyware?
4. How long has this been happening?
5. Have you installed any software lately?
