Help please !

Hello everybody

I'm French so sorry for my english but i have a problem. When i Want opening
a picture in my documents, i have a message error : "explorateur windows a
cessé de fonctionner". After a few seconds, an another message appears :
"explorateur windows redémarre". I don't know what i can do to resolve this
problem and I have already look in the help in Windows vista (i have windows
vista).

Can you help me?

You may prefer to ask in Microsoft.public.fr.windows.vista.general.

Windows Explorer is perhaps the most fundamental function of the operating
system, so if it is crashing and re-starting, it sounds like a serious
problem.

Can you open a picture from inside an application (like Paint, under the
Accessories menu)?
