help please

I recently attempted to install my mp3 program tinking that i could use my
laptop to transfer music to the player. Unfortunately, Vista doesn't support
the driver. I now am unable to access "My Computer." I receive a messagethat
says that "jbnsres.dll" is not found in the directory. If someone could help,
I would appreciate it.

Can you run System Restore to a point earlier than when the trouble
started?
