I now have a new computer with Vista and would like to acess my old outlook
express how do I do that?
Also where is Word? It is not on my desk top!

Please help,
Thanks,

Outlook Express won't run on Vista. It has been replaced with Windows Mail,
which is being replaced with Windows Live Mail...

If you wish to use either Mail, you can import your old OE email & contacts.

Word is not provided as a part of Vista. It is a part of the Office suite,
and is sold separately. If were using Word on your old computer, you should
be able to move it to your new one.

Outlook Express is replaced in Vista by Windows Mail. (Soon to be replaced
by Windows Live Mail).

Word is part of Office not Vista and may not be installed on your new
machine. There are free alternatives or you can install a copy of Word that
you own.

Did you buy this machine with Vista pre-installed? Give us more details
about make/model/supplier and we will be able to help ;-)

Just a minor addition...you can move Word from your old PC to your new one
only if it was a retail version (i.e. you bought a retail license of
Word/Office from Egghead or CompUSA). If your old PC was purchased with
Word/Office (from Dell, for example), it is likely that it is an OEM
version. If so, you cannot move it to another PC. Check the EULA to be
certain.
