help please

From time to time I get a dialog box that says something like:"NT
Ahutority/Services- System Shutdown in 00:60 secs...." Is says
something
about an error on the services c:\winnt\system32\services.exe...status
code 203 and the
timer keeps counting down until it shuts down the PC. I cannot do
anything
to stop it, adn it shuts down the system. I have run registry mechanic
5.5 and it did not fix the problem . Please help me i have no idea what
to do .
 
Could be a virus?

Which would explain why your Firwall wont work

You have an infected computer...time to do some reading on basic
security..Antivirus, firewall, etc...
