I have a control panel for my web so from where Can I disable folder
browsing.
On the other hand may I ask you another question if I have a web site and I
will make archiving, what I need is to take a
certain topics from the main page and copy it to the archive page automatic
without going every time from adding a new topic to the main page and make
the same way in the archive page so is there any program to do this
automatic? and if I need some body else to add another topic to my web is
there also a program let me control that and create.

You will need to use a content management application to do that.

You will need to do a search for a content management application based on what scripting language
and database is supported by your web host, such as ASP, ASP.net, PHP, etc.

In your IE address bar type:

? ASP Content Management Application
